6. USER-GENERATED CONTENT
You may have the ability to post or upload content. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with operating the platform. You represent that you have the rights to post this content.
7. TERMINATION
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access if we believe you’ve violated these Terms, or for any other lawful reason, at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Services immediately ceases.

These Terms and any disputes arising out of them are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Santa Clara County, California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
